Betty Butin-Nose (sometimes identified as Button Nose) was introduced by Effanbee in 1938.
The 8” tall vintage doll is all composition. She is fully articulated, and has brown painted molded hair and blue painted eyes.
She is marked Effanbee
on the upper back.
The doll is wearing her complete original Russian outfit. The original box is also included.
Betty is in excellent condition from a smoke-free home and has not been restored.
There is crazing on the back of the head.
The stringing is secure, and there are no unpleasant odors.
The outfit is in excellent condition, with minor age soil on the collar and apron.
The box is solid, though there is a split across the top corner. The graphics are bright and complete.
